My best friend who moved to Phoenix is going. I have never been but it is probably a good show.

I will be in Phoenix but not sure I will make it to the show. Friends from Calif. are meeting us there and she is not a quilter so I will probably pass. This is the first time they will be having a show in Phoenix. I have been to some of their other shows and they are very good. I assume this will be also. AQS is having a show in Lancaster, PA. in March so I will go to that one if I don't go to the AZ one. I'm sure the quilts on display will be the same--maybe some different vendors.
AQS also has the quilt show in Paduca, KY. I think it's in the spring.

I haven't been to Phoenix but did do the AQS show in Lancaster last year and really enjoyed it. I have already signed up to go again this March.

I will not be in Phoenix but I have attended the AQS shows in Des Moines and Lancaster. You won't go wrong with an AQS show. They are huge and so full of beautiful things to see. Weat comfortable shoes and take a big tote bag. Merchants are happy to place what you purchase in your bag. It's also handy if it has a long strap to go over your shoulder. You will find things there from all over the county and some parts of the world. I wish I could be there.

I've been to AQS in Houston and Des Moines and agree with maryb119 -- they put on a great show. May have to put this one on my bucket list next year.

I have been to AQS years ago in Nashville and a couple of times to Paducah. Going to, Paducah this year. I have enjoyed each and everyone. The 1st time is overwhelming, but after that just good old fun.
I agree with maryb119-wear comfortable shoes. You can usually check your bags if you don't want to carry around.
I have only been to AQS shows so can not compare.
