Default Anybody remember the name of this pattern?

A couple years ago someone posted asking for help constructing the blocks that go in the following pattern. I drafted it in EQ7 for them. I plan to construct one myself and I was wondering if anyone knows the name and designer of the pattern so I can give credit where due. Thanks.

I have no idea but will be following this forum for an answer for you. I am sure someone will have a name or where to locate it.

I have no idea, but I like what I see. Good luck in finding an answer.

It looks like something Charisma designed.

I tried to graph it out on graph paper. What is the finished size? I am have a hard time figuring out the size of the 12 stars. 8" center? 6" center? border blue is what size? I want to make this a veteran quilt as it is an exciting pattern. Just can't figure out what size it is. I don't have EQ.
