Default Anybody use Soft and Stable?

Used it for placemats, and my machine kept skipping stitches. Took it in, the dealer could find nothing wrong. Called the company, they said they use a 90/14 needle when they sew their samples. Once I changed the needle, worked like a champ. Moral of the story -- if you use Soft and Stable, and are having problems, use a 90/14 needle.
