My husband bought me a Janome Jem from Ken's a couple of years ago. We were extremely pleased with the service. I live in Ontario Canada and thou it took a bit longer to get it because of customs it came very well packed. I would definitly recommend them.

Any help would be much appreciated. TIA
I purchased a sewing machine from them last year. I had no problem and the service was great.

My sister recommended Ken's to me several yrs ago. Her husband has kin that live in the same town so when she's going for a visit she picks up anything I need so I won't have to pay shipping. I did order a full spectrum light online from them one time & was very pleased with their service & very prompt shipping.

I have been to the actual store in Muscle Shoals, AL and they are very nice to deal with. I didn't have room in my car to bring back the sewing cabinet so ordered it online and it arrived perfectly, on time and in perfect condition. I have since ordered the machine insert from them and have had excellent service. Hope this helps ease your mind about them being a reputable dealer. Their prices are really good as well.

I bought a machine from them off of E Bay and had excellent service. The Janome (Jem Gold---just a "baby") was described well and a quilting package was included as well. (walking foot, and plastic table to extend to machine for quilting.....) I would buy from them again.

I think I bought a quilting foot or something small - no problem with them :-)
