Anyone else making the Calico Gardens Quilt?

You will find it shown on the left side, second quilt down.
I'd seen it as a jigsaw puzzle on Alex Anderson's site and inquired about the availability as the pattern was first shown in Women's Day in 1959(?). The original was made by hand. I have now purchased the pattern and in the process of making these 4" blocks. I really enjoy applique.
