Coventry!
I am in awe that you got a selvedge edge project of that size completed! I'm a junkie for the edges - but every time I make yardage of the edges, some little project (compared to your quilt, they're *small*!) catches my eye.
So here's the most recent piece of selvedge work I have....
I'm making a slimmer Bionic Gear Bag (using 7" zippers instead of 9") - and this is the exterior. This bag is going to be for my travel machine and for use in my next camping trailer (that I don't own - yet. lol) I'm thinking of covering this with vinyl... still thinkin' about that... and the interior is going to have campy fabrics to match some other things I'm making for my camper's "hope chest" that I have started.

WOW, love what CoventryUK has done with decorating an old sewing machine case !! GREAT creativity at work in your home. I am working on my F&P Flip Flop quilt. Also have to get my Scotty applique block stitched. Maybe I will do a bit of painting. Redecorating my quilting furniture with a new coat of paint.

I am in the middle of quilting an all batiks Boxed Squares for myself, and I have just finished 88 little blocks of the same pattern in blues for Jim for Christmas. When I get the blocks squared up I can start laying them out to see what looks good next to what.

It hailed here a couple days ago and all my clean garden is now covered with leaves and debris. Yup, no choice, cleanup in the garden. Hubby is digging up a part of the front yard to put in another water line/head where it is not receiving enough coverage.
But, I will be driving out to see my dad's grave at the veteran's cemetery in Fernley this weekend. Here is the redeeming part though. I am doing the binding hand work on a graduation quilt for my niece! Oh goodie, another one finished and ready to send.

We have a graduation party this afternoon and a birthday lunch tomorrow for 17 yr old granddaughter. I have put down 100 bags of mulch this week and weeded everything. We have much more to do in the yard although right this minute it's looking pretty good. I want to find some plants and get my big pots ready plus some hanging ones for the porch. Probably no sewing for me this weekend but Tuesday I need to start a new project. I just finished up the cathedral window denim quilt for my son and family. I also finished an old UFO crochet project and it's on the back of the couch. I have to find someone to take some of the stuff I do. It's everywhere.
