Well, I finished all the quilts that I wanted to this weekend! I do have one left; I plan to do that one Wednesday and start working on the Bow Tuck totes. I really feel like I got a lot accomplished and it wasn't even a Virtual Quilting Weekend. Hope everyone else got done what you wanted and enjoyed the weekend.

I got a bit of quilting in today, working on a baby quilt. It has been nice to have a few days off.

I will be quilting all weekend and taking regular breaks so I don't aggravate an already nasty back problem. I have everything ready (I think) and should be able to nearly finish this top today and tomorrow if I get my buns off this chair and head to the sewing room. Can't wait to finish and post this one.

I'm not quilting. Monday is an Italian holiday, we are recent Italian citizens, and I'm helping my husband make some Italian treats for work on Monday.

Well, going to start a table runner and a scrappy log cabin this weekend. That is if I have enough time after I read all the interesting posts I see on the "quilting board" I'm new to the board and I can already see that I'm going to be very strict with myself when I'm visiting this site!

Jo Bauer: Welcome aboard! I only do the What's New section because otherwise I wouldn't get anything done!

    Enjoy the postings!

I guess it's next weekend now. I didn't get very far last weekend, but I've gotten farther this weekend. I got hung up needing to piece some batting. I had the quilt sandwiched and still needed about a foot of batting, so at this point it needed to be hand pieced. I had laid out the quilt to do that numerous times and just couldn't motivate myself to do it. The wedding was supposed to be in a few weeks. I don't know if I'll have finished the quilting by then, but I'm going to try.
