I saw this Shop Hop quilt and I guess you are suppose to go from online shop to shop, collecting the parts of it which sounded pretty cool.

I have only been in one store so far and I'm frustrated beyond belief! I can't find the white bunny on the turquise background that says I found it! I have been clicking and clicking and clicking.....

Am I the only one? Has anyone been able to do an entire shop hop?

lol. Joke's on me! It was in January! No house quilt for me this time around lol.
There is one going on in February but I'm still not finding the bunny.
I think it is more hassle than it's worth at this point...

okay.. I finally found the bunny on the site and it goes to a page that says this page cannot be displayed! I think I'm not meant to do this lol

I've done a few. Some make it easy and a couple make it nearly impossible to find.

When I first started doing the fab shop hop, I couldn't figure out where that darn bunny was. The very first one I found was by accident-which is how I learned about the shop hop. But once I was actually looking for them it seemed impossible. Eventually I got the hang of it. If I can't find one within a few minutes or if the shop has lousy clues or no clues, I move on to the next one. I have no interest in finding every single bunny-just as many as I need to and a few extra for padding.

I think I'm going to totally pass on it for February. I am not feeling the cupcake love. I had gotten all excited when I saw the house quilt and then the balloon burst when I found out it had passed. I like to eat cupcakes - but I don't love them enough to make a quilt with them all over it ;)
Maybe March will have something better suited for me.

I've done the fabshophop a couple times. If I can't find the bunny within a few clicks, I move on to the next store.

I've found some great shops with the online hops, but don't obsess with findbng each bunny. I check out their free patterns and sometimes the BOM. If the bunny hides....I don't care.

So how do you collect the quilt blocks with the shop hop? Am I missing something? Do you get rewarded for the effort other than finding lots of things that you'd like to buy?

Oh I forgot to mention-I don't make the quilt blocks. I collect them just in case but I haven't seen one I thought I'd want to make. I have not looked at any of February's yet though.
