    I bought the Carol Doak paper, but I don't think it is any better than cheap copy paper.
    I understant the vellum breaks away very easy, but it can be pretty expensive.

    did you take the stack of paper and fan it several times? i have to do that with a lot of papers

    Hi! Ann, I forgot to do that! I do it with all the other printer paper.
    I've sewn together a few of the blocks and it seems to be a little easier to sew and it did tear away a little better. Not sure where I'd purchase the WashAway paper, it probably was a good experiment but too expensive for a big project. Better to stick with typing paper or newsprint. Thanks everyone! Chris
