What a fun trip! Although I've always wanted to go, I doubt I will. Really, truly, I need nothing - and going without shopping wouldn't be fun. I will live vicariously through people like you, Onebyone, so hope you will take pictures and share your adventure.

I have been before and although a lot of people, no one store was crowded. Too many shops to be crowded at any given time. If one seems crowded go to another and go back to the other store later. Honestly I didn't buy that much while there. I enjoyed the shops, the museum, the quilts hung in each shop, the friendly atmosphere, and the demos. I went to Jenny's lecture and that alone was worth the trip.

I find when I have too many choices of what to buy....I don't buy anything! So I stick to the smaller, local shops for my in person buying. I do however, occasionally order things from stores that are larger and further away. Oh, and I am still fairly Leary of a lot of instore shopping especially where I am going to be browsing. I have had both my shots but.....good thing thing I am an introvert during these times.

My daughter and I were planning a trip last year for the spring, but then Covid hit and that didn't happen. Now I want to wait until it is not too crowded, but I don't want to go in the summer, it's too hot. Maybe we might go in October.
