    I use ficklefabrics.com. it's free to use but super cheap to upgrade for all the features and shapes. I like it better because I can take pictures on my phone of fabrics I'm thinking about using and play with them quickly

    Thank you for resurrecting this thread! I was just telling my husband I wanted to buy Paint Shop Pro but now I have downloaded gimp and it's free! I can do just about everything in GIMP that I could do in Paint Shop Pro.
