    Default Applique words

I want to applique words on a wall hanging for my sister. I have been all over the internet and can't find cursive letters that I can download to make up the words. Anyone done this and have a source? I have no problem buying the alphabet because if this is workable, I can see using it on quilts too.

I keep it simple and use fonts from Word.
Blow it up to whatever size ..... and trace it out.

    (Just remember to reverse it!)

On the wall hanging I made for my sister I used velvet stick on letters that I treated like applique. Got them at Michael's in the scrapbooking area. They come in black and white.

You can make fonts larger by using a paint or photo manipulation program. You can even convert you own handwriting using paint or photoshop.
    Or,
This is one of my fave sites for free fonts:
    https://www.dafont.com/

    and this is good too:

I have put words on wall hangings with word processing fonts, jacked up to the size I want. (You can type in a larger number than shows up in the size choice list.) Then I traced them (in reverse) onto the paper backing of lightweight bonding material.

Using fonts from Word would be my advice also.
