Default ARG!!!! No quilting for 4 days!!

My sewing room is my dining room...I'm having Easter...packing everything up tonight to get ready for Sunday! Monday seems so far away...so many projects waiting to be done!! Love having everyone over, and you'd think I'd get used to it! Every holiday everything gets packed up and moved!! Someday there will be a dedicated sewing room in my future!!!

Leave some hand work out to do. Just to let everyone know you are having withdrawal symptoms and need a quick fix.

I feel your pain. Family comes every Sunday for dinner -- so the big "put-away" happens weekly. Happy Easter to you and yours.

Thanks for sharing my pain! Love to have them, and we always have a great time! Having it elsewhere is not an option, so "put-away" it is...this time I'm leaving my cutting mat and rulers along side the china hutch...makes a lovely addition! Enjoy this season with your family also!!

OMG I thought I was the only one that did that. My living room is my sewing room; it stays a true mess! I pray company never comes and so far that's been working! It would take me at least a couple of says to clean it up! LOL, but I can relate.

Leave your sewing where it is and serve buffet style in the kitchen.

I'd do that if my kitchen was big enough to set up in!! Then we'd still have to have some place to sit! Too cold out yet to make them eat outside!! We laugh because our house is twice the size of either of our sons, and still we don't really have room for big sit down dinners, but that's what makes it fun!!
