    Is this a good thread to use for sewing and quilting/piecing? And is it a good price?

    Aurifil is really nice thread and I use it for piecing. It's a 50wt/2ply thread and does not produce a lot of lint. I have never used a 50wt thread for quilting but I have used Aurifil's 40wt thread for hand quilting.

    I like Aurifil 50wt 2 ply thread for piecing.
