Hi, Wondering if anyone has made anything using award ribbons such as you receive at dog shows? My sister has a ton and wants me to make her a wall hanging. Thanks.

Here's a woven ribbon pattern...it could be appliqued or pieced on a square of muslin or other fabric for more stability.
I've never seen a quilt made out of award ribbons...but why not try.

There was a quilt at the Kansas State Fair last year made from ribbons that I saw a picture of. I think it was a Log Cabin or Split Rail. I need to add that to my project list I have boot boxes full of regular ribbons and a shoe box full of the pretty rosette ribbons.
