    I'm not sure, but I think QFK's doesn't allow tied quilts. I got my kits in the mail the other day and I seem to remember it said that in the directions. But that doesn't mean others wouldn't. I don't think any kids would mind a quilt with points missing. They would just cherish that someone thought enough of them to make the quilt and share.

    Quilts for Kids won't allow tying, but many hospitals will accept them tied.

    My church group would accept them tied as some of our quilts go to a battered woman's shelter, not a hospital.
