Bought one in July and did a lot of sewing with it. I quilted table runner and had a ball. Then is started giving me trouble. I don't think I have a 100 hours on this machine. I finally after trying all the trouble shooting and nothing worked, took it to a dealer. This is not the one I purchased it from because she is 120 miles away. It was checked all and I was told the thread breakage is random and it is no longer under warranty and I was never offered the 3 yr golden warranty plan which I would have had to purchase but didn't know about. She told me the machine is just touchy and I will have to deal with it. When the thread breaks, rethread it and keep going. It drives me crazy!
