    Default Babylock Unity?

Thinking of getting the Babylock Unity.
It will be my first embroidery machine. I have no experience so any info is appreciated!

    Thanks

I have the Babylock Unity and love it! Keep in mind its my first embroidery machine so I'm no expert, but the stitches are beautiful. I started out looking at the Crescendo and loved it, couldn't get it out of my mind. It has everything you'd dream for sewing/quilting including an 11.25 inch harp, awesome laser beam, and comes with the table and several quilting feet. Then there is the Spirit model that just embroiders. The two machines combined equal the Unity minus some of the goodies (i.e., the table and less quilting feet). A sales rep suggested the idea of two machines which would have been a dream consider if I had more room. My main goal was the sewing machine and it was nice to get the embroidery too so I went for the Unity. If you're only looking for embroidery and already have an awesome sewing machine on hand it would be worth checking out the Spirit model for less money than the Unity. It would be a nice luxury to leave the embroidery attachment and feet in place all the time, and keep the settings for embroidery, plus you could have that running while you sew on your other machine.

I'm thrilled with my Unity, and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about it too.

I have the Crescendo and the Spirit. Haven't begun to use all of the wonderful features.
