    Default BabyLock Zest

Do any of you own or have any of you tried the newer BabyLock machines, the Genuine series? They are inexpensive, particularly one called Zest...$99. Haven't found any reviews elsewhere. Thanks!

It’s a reboot of the BL9. It’s an inexpensive, no frills starter machine. It’s a babylock, so it’s backed a good brand name. But, again- a basic machine. If you want specialty feet or a walking foot, you would have to get those separately. It is worth purchasing if that is what you are looking for.

What a great world we have! I have been gobsmacked at the prices of some of the new, fancy machines. Our first house didn't cost as much as some of them. And along comes a BabyLock for $99.00. I know the difference them, but the wide range of options for sewists today is amazing.
