    When I went with a friend for her chemo her feet [and mine, too] were cold too. So maybe also combine a pair of those colorful stretchy thick socks to go with the quilt.

    Oh, I'm definatly putting some flannel on the back. I believe there's Packer flannel somewhere. I imagine he's got to be freezing. Poor guy is having trouble keeping on weight. Six foot and he's down to 150lbs...if that. Gotta be pretty cold without any body fat.

    What a good friend you are for making a "feel better quilt".
    Where did you get the pattern? I have to make a wedding quilt for my DD's friend and DD suggested a star pattern. I love yours.

    Keep your color scheme...or use yellow as the background and the stars stay green...Go cheeseheads!

    MY 2 cents is stick with the white. It will be beautiful! and the team colors. Is sounds from the many comments it would be used to cover with after the inserting and shouldn't be a problem.

    There isn't one because its an original. I made this design myself.
