My husband doesn't know who has the most material, me or my sister-in-law. She's not a quilter but she is "a material girl".
You might try washing the quilt a few times, drying on a lighter setting. It dose not look that bad. Try an air drying to fluff the batting with some heavy towels to bounce it around more in the dryer.

Started out as a quilter and now consider myself a collector of fine fabrics. Anyone else like that?
You helped me with my very large collection last week! Thanks for taking us to visit such a fun place! My husband hasn't seen the bill yet! :)

But what is it doing to our wonderful Quilt Stores whne we cut back on our fabric purchases!!!!
I'm staying out of the quilt shops and shopping my stash instead. I can't afford to pay $10+ per yard.
