Bags of scraps - what to do with them?

Here's a link to a tute I posted on here, it would be great for your scraps, no preplanning, just get started and before you know it you will have made a quilt in no time at all

I once saw an episode of Simply Quilts where the guest - don't remember who she was - made floral wall hangings by putting fusible web on the back and then "snipping" them into blossoms and then fusing them down and sort of stippling them on top and they were absolutely lovely. I'm not describing it very well. Maybe someone else who saw the episode could describe it better. But she saved every tiny piece of fabric and made these "paintings" with them.

Probably at JoAnns too.
