I just ran across a new source for pantographs. www.quiltscomplete.com I have placed an order from them and was very pleased with their service. Did a search on Baptist fan and there's an interlocking that's 4"

You can also use quilting stencils that are continuous line. I have even altered some to be continuous line.
Oh sorry, I missed the Baptist fan part. I haven't seen one of those.
