Can anyone tell me where I can find this free pattern. I have found it on several sites but it doesn't give the directions.

It's a commercial pattern called "Melinda's heart", not free. Here's one site that carries it:

I have the pattern and it's a fairly big pattern per-say...for me it intimidated me lol...so I just filed it.....don't think it's all that complicated. I was able to go to a copy place and make a copy of the pattern page that shows the rows and stuff because the paper that the pattern is on isn't very user friendly meaning it rips easily.

I have that pattern also and even bought fabric for it (with the help of the LQS employee helping me with colors) and I think I am still overwhelmed! Maybe some day when I have a quiet house I will make an attempt. It is so pretty as I have seen it made up and loved it. Good luck to you if you purchase the pattern and if you make it-please share a picture.

I think I am gonna give it a try. I teach quilting one day a week and my husband has some medical problems and that doesn't leave me much time. Will post photo when I get to it. Thanks to all who responded.
