Probably A Sampler quilt like my first quilt that I made. Each block is representative of my married life.

sorry if I am repeating a request, would love to see a pic, I hate when pals don't read through all the messages before asking a question and here I am doing it...yes slapping my own hand.

I've really been considering putting an 8'X 8' Indiana Puzzle block in the front. Don't have a DH so I'd have to hire someone to attach it to the cinder block building. Hmmm....
Val, I live about 40 miles east of you. Wanna go "barn quilt" shopping?

Mount it on some posts and not the barn!

    Hang it between two trees!

I would, GrannieAnnie, but DH and the landlord are going to take down some trees around here...they are diseased. Thanks for the suggestions, though. I'll keep them in mind!

I love lots of color; so it would probably be a Dresden Plate or a Grandmother's Flower Garden.
My county began a barn quilt committee last August. They operate through the local Extension Service. At this date, there are 53 quilt blocks hung and another 10 contracts signed. I have enjoyed them so much! My husband and I travel around the state taking pictures of them which I post on my Facebook page. We love them.
