    Neat pattern! I would go with a dark border, too, so you don't distract from your pattern inside.

    I would keep with the background fabric as the border and bind in one of the bright colors. This way the design would continue to "float" which makes so intriguing.

    I'm partial to sashing that stops the flow of the design. As far as quilting, keeping it simple to the lines of the quilt I would SID. Very intriguing pattern. I don't think I have ever seen that before.
