Different strokes for different folks as the saying goes. I think until you create something with it you may feel that way.
I can't get enough of batiks and it was only after I used some of it did I really get to loving it. Now I can't live without using some of it in my projects if not all of it.

I think I'm in trouble!! There isn't any fabric that I don't like. I love batiks, white on whites, and cream on cream. I could go on and on. Oh, there are some that I can leave on the shelf for now, but I love them all. Yes, I think I'm in trouble and need a 12 step program or something. HELP

I am also not crazy about batiks. I think some of them are just OK, if they have clear colors, but too many of them look way too muddy to me. I have some in my stash, but I have never used them in anything.

I have about 40 yards.Mine came from Indonesia.I have a friend that supports an orphanage there and she bring back fabric by the suitcase loads. They are beautiful and so much richer and the hand is awesome, different from what I find in the USA.The one's I have are hand done.
