I do too!! I have a block, yes it is a rather large piece I bought from a bee keeper in Ohio. It has a sweet smell to it and I love to use it when I am hand sewing the binding of a quilt!

I just found the bees wax that my mother had given me years ago--had forgotten all about it until you mentioned it. It is in the container with slits. Will try it the next time I put on binding--thanks for the reminder.

If you use it on the drawers to make them slide easier, it will not attract bugs will it? I have an old dresser that my grandad made when he was a young man and it is heavyyyy! The drawers are heavy and kinda hard to slide.

Hi! I've never had a problem with bugs and I have always used it on drawers

I just checked my posts and "my concern" has disappeared--as you can see I am still new at "posting"

I also use it. It helps keep the thread from tangleling. :)

the "edit" and "attachment" go away after a very short period of time or when others post behind you. it gives you a chance to post pics or other attachments or make corrections or additions to your posts before it becomes final. you will find this feature very helpful as you continue your board postings.
