Can anyone recommend a patter or book for beginner Applique. i think I want to try a wall hanging. Something small. I think I want to tey reverse applique.

My favorite book is "Applique - Basics and Beyond" by Janet Pittman. She gives methods on several methods of applique, including reverse applique.

For machine applique methods, I think it's hard to beat Harriet Hargrave's book. Here is a link to it:
