    But I need to ask do you cut all your block strips first or as you go along lol ...by the way doing floral Plaid pattern with these fabrics...http://makoweruk.com/index.php/section/rosebud-faire.

    Darling pattern. You can do either. Personally, I would cut all the quilt pieces, but not the borders and backing. I like to put cut pieces together in a small tote, so none escape until I need them.

    I often make a test block, so I'll cut enough for one block. If I'm happy with the sample I'll cut the rest, but like IrishRose, I don't cut the borders or backing until I get there.

    Yup me too, I put them in sandwich bags, with an index card with size and placement.......also I made a key on note book paper............hi ya rose, I'm down by Flint...........calla
