This weekend our guild held its 20th show and I really enjoyed participating in several ways. I had four quilts plus a challenge quilt in the show, worked at drop-off day last week, did a demonstration on basic binding technique and prairie points, a little white glove time, and helped with take-down, which is an amazingly well coordinated process. My butterfly quilt got a vendor's choice prize, which was really nice to get. It's my second one. Hubby took a lot of good pictures, but we never got to go around together so he'd snap my favorites. So many wonderful quilts in this show! One was made from a batik block exchange from quiltingboard, and I just loved what was done with it. Unfortunately, we didn't get a pic of that one. Jane - you are wonderful! I changed my avatar to my quilt with the ribbon, but it was taken after we got home.

Hi Lynn! You put on a great show. I went with a friend and we had a great time but I didn't get many pictures at all, just the People's Choice winner. Loads of vendors and a new LQS just opened up in Williamstown! YAY!!! I can't wait to go.

I love entering quilts and going to Bennington Quiltfest. It is such a nice show. My friend, who has attended many shows said you really did a great job. Congrat on your vendors choice. Somehow I missed seeing your quilt but I was spending just as much time chatting and visiting as I was gawking. LOL
