Great tutorial. I made a bento box the old way and this seems much easier.

My darling sweet youngest son is getting married in March to a Japanese woman and I'm making it for them in batiks.

The reason I'm telling you all about if first is I want you to kick me off this board if you see me too much LOL
I need to get going on this hahaha :D:D:D

I think it will be a wall hanging b/c I can't MQ well yet so I'll need to hand quilt it.

Thought - that looks pretty and looks as if it might work up quickly. Went to sewing room to see what fabrics might do from stash. While there eyes skipped to DMC threads bought yesterday and not put away. Went to bedroom (cross stitch stash), pulled the rest of the threads, found linen and put the first stitches in halloween witch. Bento box tomorrow if I can keep my grasshopper mind on the right track! LOL
