Thank you all for your input. I'm going to find out if they can do better on the price now that I know what it was actually going for. They had a tag of 4999 marked down to 3999. Then she told me they were making room for the new models. I had no idea. I'll keep you posted!

I've been told that MSRP on the 440 is 3999 w/o the embroidery module. If a dealer is inflating MSRP, run in the opposite direction! I can't believe they'd be so bold, though. Maybe clarify....
