I don't, but I know a lady that does and she absolutely loves her machine.....Hard to beat a Bernina....My Bernina 1090 is 25 years plus and still going strong....!! Sews like a little workhorse, excellent stitch quality....!

My mother has had a Bernina 830 for 35+ years, and I just bought a Bernina 730 which is about 10 years older than her machine but I loved her machine so much, it's what I learned to sew on and it's needed very little maintenance through the years. I plan to make the 730 my main machine when I get the new belts (on order). If the 630 is anything like these, I say go for it.

I have a Bernina 630, it's 4 or 5 years old now and a wonderful machine! It sews and embroiders beautifully. Did you have a specific question about it?

I have the 630 and LOVE it. Had it about 4 years and have had no problems. use it hard, goes on retreats and just keeps working(but I am a dyed in the wool Bernina person)

I have the 630 and also love it. I bought it used about 4 years ago, or so. I have never had any trouble with it!

    Thanks Guys,

No I don't have a particular question.... just thinking about getting one. Trying to justify it to myself. I have a Brother 4000D, Janome 4900 and the Janome Horizon...... but I just love the idea of that stitch regulator!!!!!!

    Hugs

Could you please tell us why you chose a 630 rather than one of the other Bernina models (such as the 440 QE which is supposedly geared to quilters)?

    Thanks,
    Margaret
