just bought a bernina 830 LE and have trouble with directions on the leader boards, fabric, bar direction. can anyone help me. we worked on it for 6 hours total putting together, 2 left over screws, (found their places) and now we are slap happy. we have been pinning layers , truning the bars and we just can't get it. Can someone help

Have you tried the videos on the Bernina site? The ones dealing with putting the fabric on the leaders and winding on to the bars are toward the bottom.

Thank you . We did watch the video and just cant seem to get it right. something is always on the wrong way or the roller is going the wrong way.
We gave up for the night and we are going to try again tomorrow.
Any help is appreciated.
if the bars are on right the leader boards are wrong etc.
