Bernina bobbins
#11
Hi,
I just joined this quilters site and posted my first question about bobbins. I saw that you have a Bernina 185. I have a 180. I ordered the plastic bobbins off ebay and they seemed to work fine. Then one day my timing went out on my machine. The dealer told me not to use plastic bobbins. I think the plastic bobbins could affect stitch....what do you think?
Also, my timing went out yesterday on Bernina (2nd time in 3 weeks) and I wondering if Berninas are sensitive machines? What has been your experience.
I would love to chat with you if you have the time as I am just learning my machine...bought it used from Bernina dealer but didn't get to take all the classes and now they want $50 per class.
My name is Althea and thanks for reading.
