I knew about the new machine coming in April, but honestly I didn't want to wait. The 6600P is such an upgrade over what I had that it is already a cadillac to me. Worse comes to worse, I HAVE to have the new one, I can trade this one in :) So far I absolutely love it and there's nothing that I feel I'm missing!

Should you feel the need to trade yours in for the newer one, give me a shout. I might be interested.

Not exactly sure, I haven't been able to find out too much information yet. My thought is that it's going to be much more like the 11000, but more geared towards quilting than embroidery??? I know it's supposed to have a free arm, but that's it. I'm sure it'll be more $$$ :) (jmo)

There's a used one for sale at my dealers, but I didn't ask the price. If someone lives in the Sacramento area it's probably still there.

i heard its going to be a better machine, alot of quilters complain that the current 6600 IDT foot is too big, maybe they will make it smaller. I know there is alot of talk on it on Sewing Pattern Review. April isnt too far away. I am going to wait a bit to buy a new machine.

Cool. Thanks for the link. It looks smaller than the 6600? Yes, the current foot size is an issue, I'm sure.

The Super Quilt 2 isn't showing up in any searches so it sure seems brand new/not released yet!
