For quilting, I collect patterns in books and magazines, as well as digital ones I find online.
Other than quilting, I collect nativity scenes and pieces. I have ones made of everything from wood and ceramics to Mt. St. Helens ash. They are also from all over the world. It takes me a whole day to set them up at Christmas.

For me it is gagets. Rulers, seam rippers, templates, anything to help construct blocks. I have Quilt pro - a software program so I don't collect patterns too much since I can design my own using the program.

Okey So I am different. I collect cookie cutters. I love metal ones and find each unique. I also collect dear friends who we have big picnics with each summer. Started out with 8 couple and is now around 100 that show up. We all share what we bring. Not abad for a gal in a wheelchair. Fun, fun, fun...

Let's see ... sewing machines (a basement load of them,) cook books - many, many hundreds, cast iron candy molds from the 1800s, anything that has to do with angels - that's my wife's obsession, and records. I just realized I have too many hobbies, but it's okay because I retired in January so I have loads of time to enjoy them all (I think.)
