My daughter, April, loves April Cornell. I'm not crazy about her designs but I buy it for her. Guess I'm not trendy. :)

    And Bill- you're just cool.

    HUGS Barbm :-)

We have an APRIL CORNELL store about a 5 minute walk from where I work..I was there yesterday looking at the FQ packages.....WOW!!! Not all of the designs are for everyone but sometimes you may find just the right pattern to go with something else...I'll post a couple of the items that I have - that pulled my attention...one is a table cloth - I actually bought it with the intention of turning it into a quilted throw.....I haven't given up on that idea yet..I LOVE IT!!!

When you shop are our local store, your goodies are put in these wonderful fabric bags.....wonderful for sorting projects, or you can use the bag to incorporate them into your own quilting projects.....here are 4 that I have.....

they have a store of just April Cornell? I dare not divulge this to her. She would whine until I went and bought something. Montreal isn't that far away....

Do they have more than 1 store? (Can you tell I'm not up on my April Cornell?)

I wonder if I could get my lqs to do fabric bags..... they use red plastic ones and hubby knows when I've been there.

Yes, near the showroom where I work, there the CORNELL TRADING FLAGSHIP STORE..ALL APRIL CORNELL..everything that is in there...the FQ packages, home decor, clothing, jewerly...your daughter would go completely out of her mind - I really should take photos of there - her store is fabulous...you go in there and you don't want to leave....

You should check out her website.....there are other stores in Canada, in the U.S....and, do you want your daughter to know that you can order on line from Canada or the U.S. :-)
