Definitely Joann's with coupons and Walmart. It won't help you now, but I do know that for the last several years, Joann's has had all notions 50% off, plus an extra 20% off entire purchase the day after Thanksgiving. That is the only Black Friday shopping I do, and I get enough to hold me over for the year. It saves me a ton of money.
I used to be a Joann's store manager years ago, and I remember those Black Friday sales. Lines to the back of the store. People grumbling and nasty. That was before they had scanners. (I did learn to fly through those PLU codes. It has stood me in good stead doing coding where I work.) I said never again, and so far I have kept to it. I may reconsider, though, IF there was a good coupon, and ONLY at Joann's.

JoAnns is a great place to get all your quilting notions.
Get on their mailing list and use the coupons they send out,
usually 40% off. They also list sale items which is very often sewing notions, as well as rorary blades, thread, etc.

once in a while I get to use the 40% at hobby lobby but 99.5 % of the time every thing in the store is marked 30% off what a bummer!

I have shopped at createforless. Prices are not bad at all. Shipping is average-depending on what you purchase. Most of the time, though, you can get your items within a week. Good luck!

The Hobby Lobby here will let you use a 40% coupon on sale items. They give you 40% off instead of the sale price.

Joann's coupon sale, Hobby Lobby coupon sale. Thrift stores. Deals and Dollar General. They all have something to use.
