    I am glad I asked. I could not see how this could be better than the regular foot I have which is much smaller of course. I think i will stick with that.

    How did she modify it?
    She trimmed out part of the front. If you think about it, the foot doesn't do much except touch the quilted item and be a guide for the needle.
