Pinterest ideas, but also lots of ideas from my quilt clubs and modern guild. Yesterday I bought some neat "skyscraper" fabric. It was blacker on the bottom going up to really light gray for the sky. I also was buying a NY beauty book. The gal cutting the fabric said oooh, wouldn't the NY beauty blocks be neat with the skyscraper fabric. So ideas happen all over fortunately or unfortunately! So many ideas, too many ideas

Pinterest is ADT (addicting-digital-hoarding). But a good place to find ideas for any project in any realm of crafting that one could ever do, some we may never have heard of of dreamed could exist.
I advise anyone to keep a timer next to your computer and when set and alarm goes off, turn off the alarm, turn off the computer and join the real world.

I find it very annoying when I see something really cool and spend an hour trying to get information about it so I just quit going to pinterest. However, I did accidentally discover that someone put a pic I posted here on pinterest.

This is my biggest spot for losing track of time. Every morning with coffee, I am reading this board. I can be here a long time!! Sometimes I stop in at Pinterest but I have a hard time getting around there. Lucky for me because then I would never get anything done. I love looking at everyone's quilts. Love this site!!

This Quilting Board reigns supreme for me. The intereaction among members is great. I rarely open any of my quilting books anymore. Google Image is also handy. And then there are the MSQC tutorials! Love them.

I stay away from Pinterest simply because I waste so much time going from one thing to another to a site trying to find a pattern or person to contact about a pattern. Probably could have made several quilts with the time I spend there - LOL! I love coming here to the board for so much information, beautiful pictures and answers to quilting problems I might face in the future. There is so much support here - everyone is great!
