I think they're all nice options. Personally, I'd probably go with the backing fabric, but the dark blue is a nice option.

Default Use the dark or light for binding?

I like all three but think the dark would make a nice "framing" to it.

This is only a portion of the quilt--it measures around 68x78.

    Thanks.
We learned at guild that binding is a little better if you use the dark fabric. This speaker said that our eye knows that the quilted piece has ended more easily. She stressed this more on wall hangings than on quilt.

    I love your quilt!!

Your quilt is beautiful! I love the backing you chose. My vote would've the dark blue. It seems I always gravitate to darker bindings but whatever you do it is going to look awesome!

I like the dark. Also you could make a flanged binding with just a small amount of the light showing & the dark as the primary. There's a tute on the board or Sharon scrumber(spelling?) has one on YouTube

I was one of those kids who always outlined the coloring in a darker color and color the shape in lighter, so I would go with the darker binding.

I personally think the darker blue would be the color I'd choose.
