I know what you mean - I picked the fabric based on that design! The design is part of a machine embroidery set from Embroidery Library:

They have very good sales each week; I actually picked up this design as a single during a 'coffee' sale back in January. I love machine embroidery, and really love combining it with quilting. So many ideas, so little time!!
