I have six stacks of blacks -- batiks, florals, blenders, stripes, many, many, polka dots. I like to make scrap quilts, and applique quilts. I think a little black in a quilt really makes the other colors pop. Right now my favorite black and white accent color is lime green. Love it!

Yep, I have a black Hoffman batik. I use it infrequently, but, I have used it.

I do. I love to put small black border around all my quilts. It "frames" them, I think it makes the pattern stand outmore.

Mosty definetly! Wouldn't be without it! I use it a lot when doing silhoutte designs, and also when I need just that little bit of umph... in color. I prefer the batik block because it has just enough deep black but also a change.

No, actually I have not seen any in my LQS and don't remember seeing it on some of the web sites. MMMMM, now I will have to search for some since I have almost every other color and black would be a great basic to have on hand.

I use black all the time. Black and white are two of my favorite colors to help things pop.
