I had a terrible batch of the blades from Harbor Freight also, my husband sharpened one with his drill for me and it works
fine.. maybe they are just dull..

I've used HF blades for the last two years, bought at different times, so they were different batch lots, and have not had a bit of problem. But glad to hear HF would refund your money if you did have a problem (with receipt of course)
