I think I have really misunderstood the BOM coming up. I was understanidng that who ever was in charge would say Jan. you will make a block of your home; Feb. Make a block of your neighbor's house, Mar. Make a church, etc.

After reading the instructions for the block of the month on this board I think I really misunderstood it. I looked up several quilt blocks for BOM and they are all where you have to join to see what they are quilting except one that did stars.

Which way do we do it on here? I am totally confused. Will we receive on the first day of the month the new site or will we be given the pattern and list of material needed?

You don't have to join any of the block of the months to see what others are doing ?

Which BOM are you referring to about the neighborhood ?

I was wondering the same thing as I don't recall a BOM like that here.

I haven't joined any yet, but it doesn't sound like anything I've read here....

I remember the post about next year's BOM. You are right Donna, one of the ideas for the blocks was houses.

I think this is it: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-60065-18.htm
