Like the others, I don't know your machine, but my first thought is a newly bobbin, making sure it is wound tight.
Also, ensure you are inserting and threading it correctly.
Likewise, take off the top thread and start fresh with it, ensuring it is placed right from spool to needle.

yes...that bobbin thread looks really thick....are you winding your own bobbins and what thread is in it. On both my Berninas and Vikings, they have a specialty bobbin case for using thicker threads.

Check your manual. Is that the right bobbin?
For most BL machines, you want the thread coming off the bobbin in a "p". P is for perfect. Make sure this is correct for your machine also. I have no experience with that model machine.
Can you use a pre-wound bobbin? See if the same thing happens.
PS: Take out the bobbin and the bobbin case. Check to see if there is any threads caught somewhere under the case. A tiny piece of thread can cause issues.
Does your machine have the round magnet donut under the bobbin case? Make sure it is seated back into position. It is easy to lose when cleaning the case area. This may not pertain to BL machine you have but just a suggestion.
