I took my first workshop and it was with Bonnie Hunter at my guild. She was wonderful and boy is my head spinning for her inspiring me to quilt. Has any out else taken her class and what do you think?

I have taken a class from her. I had a great time and learned a lot. So my head spun with ideas for a few weeks, too.

She has to be the most generous and happy quilter instructor/designer/author/ ever. I would love to go to one of her classes.

You are so lucky! I would also love to take a workshop with her or just go to one of her trunk shows or seminars. I love her stuff.

I would love to take a class from her and just listen until my hearts content. Living in Canada though I doubt that will happen anytime in the near future. Can you tell us anything you learned from her? She is my new quilting guru!

She shows you how not to waste thread and scraps of material. She showed us how to do her Texas Braid pattern with scraps. I enjoyed my day so much with her. She is so kind and understanding. She said she loves to teach people like me-a starter. She is a down to earth kinda lady.
