    Default book group gift ideas?

My book group will be celebrating 15 years of reading next month! There are six of us in the group. (Three of us have actually been in the same group for 32 years!). I would like to make each of us a small gift to commemorate this anniversary. Does anyone have a good idea for a mug-rug for a reader, a bookmark or any other suggestions? If I could get the theme of reading in the pattern that's even better!
    Thank you
    Mary Ann

you could do either with the right fabric or do a stack of books on a bookmark or on the side of a mug rug.

Do you have an embroidery machine? There are a lot of cute bookmarks out there.

I went over to pintrest and found tons of cute book marks!

I first thought of a satin or french wired ribbon bookmark with number charms on it. That would be fairly fast and have your 15 years on it.

You could use fabric with text on it, to look like a book page.

It has a book and a cup, so cute.

Well that looks like a mess, sorry. I was trying not to show a copyrighted image of the design.

Do you generally read actual books or electronically? If electronically, would a nook/kindle/e-reader cover be appropriate? Or even if you club typically reads paper books, perhaps everyone also has an e-reader that a cover would be appropriate? They should make up fairly quickly I would think.
